I have tried the solution suggested by the Microsoft iCloud syncing instructions and I can no longer find an import button. I am running Windows 10 Creator Update which was just installed 5 days ago. Should I just delete mail and use the 365 app? I am wondering also if my iCloud sync has failed, except it seems to be working in mail. Have I been taken over by the Windows Mail (simplified app that come with Windows 10)? I have linked my accounts in the simplified (non-365) app that came with Windows 10, but, as before I could not link my iCloud calendar with Windows Mail simplified (the Outlook Mail (non-365) with the big print), I can now make that link. The categories in Mail (365) have not changed, but I do not have the same functionality in Tasks (365)s or Contacts(365) as I used to either. I seem to be showing the calendar from Windows 10 Outlook instead of the Outlook version from the old internet version. Second, I cannot apply the categories (of many bright colors) from Outlook (365) 2016 like I used to do. I think this happened overnight:įirst, I lost the ability to sync with my iCloud calendar: "This set of folders cannot be opened" First, I lost the ability to sync with my iCloud calendar: 'This set of folders cannot be opened'. I have just posted this in the Outlook Community Forum and copied your question there as well. I think this happened overnight: I have Office Outlook 365.
